Brian M. Marshall, the founder of a number of companies including Fireline Restoration Inc., its successor Initech Restoration, and Marshall Investments LLC, has requested that courts dismiss the latest of his bankruptcies or convert them to liquidation cases under Chapter 7 following the $691,000 loss in equity suffered by Initech this last week.

North Caronlina based Branch Banking & Trust Co., one of his many creditors, has filed lawsuits to foreclose on real estate and property owned by Marshall worth an estimated $21 million. In the lawsuit BB&T specifically mentions repossessing Marshall’s 45-foot SeaRay as well as a desire to take a number of his cars, including a Ferrari, Bentley, and Porsche. Marshall recently lost possession of his Gulfstream jet to another creditor.

According to an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Marshall created a “fantasy land of fraud” to increase stock prices for his myriad companies.
